I have over 30 years' experience in matters that involve insurance companies, insurance agents and brokers, insured businesses, insured persons, and those who have disputes with them.  Before becoming an attorney, I was licensed in each of the 48 contiguous United States as a property casualty insurance agent, and as a surplus lines agent in Minnesota.  During my career as an insurance agent I managed all aspects of insurance agency operations including insurance sales, marketing, claims, employee management and training, quality control, and management of producer agreements with insurers for which I sold and serviced insurance products.  I maintain my Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter designation from the American Institute of Property and Liability Underwriters.  In my practice, I provide:

    • General legal representation and counsel to business and individuals,
    • Risk management and insurance advisory services to businesses, and
    • Litigation support in matters that require expert witness reports and testimony.
