In addition to representing and advocating for clients at McLain Law, Jennifer leads Restorative Justice Community Action (RJCA) as its Executive Director. RJCA works in Minneapolis neighborhoods to enhance offender accountability for urban livability crimes by empowering local citizens to participate directly in the justice process. Prior to obtaining her Juris Doctor from Hamline University School of Law, Jennifer provided strategic and tactical direction in administration, finance and operations to the organizations for which she served. Prior to and through law school, Jennifer provided leadership in the federal judiciary as the St. Paul Division Manager for the U.S. District Court, District of Minnesota. Jennifer is a general practitioner handling transaction and litigation matters in the areas of business law for private and non-profit entities, real estate law, employment law, estate planning, and probate law. Experience and familiarity with owning and operating various business enterprises in both the private and non-profit sectors gives Jennifer a unique perspective when responding to both the legal and general business needs of her business owner clients.
