Kristi has transferred her passion for advocating on behalf of medical patients in her charge to advocating on behalf of the clients that retain her to help them recover financially and emotionally from the harm that they have experienced at the hands of others. Kristi's nursing background gives her a unique understanding of legal issues in medical malpractice, personal injury, and workers' compensation matters. She not only knows the law, she knows the medical field and how to effectively apply the law to situations in which the medical field is involved. Prior to becoming an attorney, Kristi was a registered nurse practicing in the area of maternal child health as the Director of Nursing for Maternal Child Health at Regions Hospital and, prior to that, as High-Risk Perinatal Clinic Manager for the Park Nicollet Health Care System. Additionally, she has served in the capacity of a nurse clinician for a large fertility practice, as a travel nurse in Louisiana and Virginia, as a clinic liaison for Fairview Nurse Line, and as a nurse in a community hospital birth center.
